Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Now Offered
to Our Members |
In the unfortunate event of an accidental death or dismemberment
your credit union has provided a $1,000 free insurance coverage
through CUNA Mutual Insurance Society (CUMIS).
A mailing went
out in late June to our members and if you haven't taken
advantage of this free benefit you have until August 1, 2011 to
send in the enrollment form and receive coverage effective
October 1, 2011. In the event you either didn't receive this
mailing, or have misplaced it, please call or email us so that
we can get you signed up!
