Privacy Policy
We know that members expect privacy and confidentiality in all dealings with our credit union, and we pledge that we will take the steps necessary to protect the privacy of information shared with us.
Check Cashing Policy
We cash personal checks only when the member has funds available to cover the amount or if the check is drawn on the credit union and we know there are sufficient funds available.
Funds Availability Policy
It is the policy of the Somerville Municipal Federal Credit Union to make funds from deposited checks available for use by our members as soon as prudently possible.
Denial, Termination & Suspension of Services Policy
This policy establishes limitations and restrictions of services for members who are not in Good Standing with Somerville Municipal FCU. The policy protects Credit Union directors, personnel, members, volunteers, and vendors from abusive members or other persons.
