To further support your financial needs into the future, we will convert our core data processing system to a new and improved platform effective Friday, May 3, 2024. While our core conversion will be happening mostly behind the scenes, there will be two days, on May 1 and May 2, where it will affect access to some of the services you may use.

Yes, you can access your savings and checking funds at ATMs, or by using your debit card, at reduced daily limits Transactions will be accepted or declined according to industry stand-in limits, which may be different from your actual account balances. Complete functionality will be restored by Friday, May 3.
Yes, all members will be receiving a paper statement in the mail for April 2024. Following this, e-statement enrollees will begin receiving electronic statements again with their May account history. (Please Note: previous months’ e-statements will not be transferred to the new system.)
YES! Keeping your information and funds secure is our top priority. Your funds are fully insured, as always, by NCUA (National Credit Union Administration) for up to $250,000 per individual.
Any direct deposit, payroll deductions, social security, or ACH deposits will continue to be posted starting May 2.
No, they will remain the same. Account numbers, debit card numbers, and PINs will remain the same. So, any direct deposits should not need to be updated. It is unnecessary for you to contact employers or others who currently withdraw or deposit funds into your accounts.
  • Save March and April statements for your records to verify transactions.
  • Carefully review your April statement when you receive it in mid-May.
  • Although ATM and debit card access will be available it is advised to keep extra cash on hand if needed.
  • Use credit cards if there’s a need to purchase something during May 1 & May 2.
